Please be advised that your T & C’s of your payment option selected will be sent once purchased for you to read and sign as it varies per option.
Any classes attended that are not under your Membership/package cover are to be purchased as per studio pricing.
You have the option to hold or suspend your membership for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 8 weeks. You may only implement this suspension 2 times per 12-month period. Memberships must be currently active for our system to be able to action a suspension. Memberships will not be considered active without full payment up until the date of suspension request. A suspension must be requested via email a minimum of 24 hours before the start of the suspension. Class bookings are essential and must be made via the Honey & Co App or directly through the studio.
Cancellations or rescheduling classes need to be made more than 6 hours prior to your class start time. Cancellations or rescheduling can only be made via the Honey & Co app. Due to no work phone, text message, voicemails or phone calls will not be accepted. Please do not hesitate to ask for assistance if unsure on how to cancel or reschedule.
I agree that Honey & Co Pilates is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings including lost or stolen property while I attend class. I understand that classes may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Honey & Co Pilates or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
