Class information

  • Reformer Pilates is Pilates performed on an apparatus (Reformer). The Reformer uses a Pulley system and Spring resistance to help build strength, increase flexibility, improve coordination and balance as a few of the benefits.

  • Honey Hybrid is our signature higher intensity Reformer/Mat class. It incorporates aspects from both Reformer and Mat so bring a Mat to pop down by your Reformer.

  • Our Bee Stronger Mat class provides all the benefits of Mat Pilates however, incorporates more strength based exercises. This is a great class to learn Pilates foundations whilst encouraging you, challenging you and inspiring you to evolve your Pilates routine through use of weights, resistance bands etc

    Suitable for all bodies.

  • A fun, upbeat class which incorporates both Pilates and Ballet style movements. The exercises focus on controlled leg work, flexibility and cardio.

  • We don’t like to pick favourites around here… BUT if we had to choose...

    A class combining mobility techniques and dynamic and static stretching to help improve your mobility, flexibility and with a combination of incorporating our other classes, reduce pain.

  • A Mat or Reformer class (depending on numbers) where you can bring your little one along if you choose to a safe space with no judgement or pressure. This class offers a strong focus on nurturing you through your postpartum journey wherever that currently is for you. There is no specific age limit, we just ask that you as the Mum take responsibility and make judgements based on the safety of your little one and those around you throughout class.
