Who are we and what do we do?

We are a team of passionate Pilates Instructors with various backgrounds, knowledge, experiences and personalities. Each Instructor bringing something unique to the studio and to your classes. We have created a fearless and nurturing environment whilst still getting that “workout” feeling!

We strive to make movement enjoyable and fun.

We understand that you have your own story and experience and love learning alongside you and your bodies to show you what you are truly capable of.

Honey & Co was born from the need and want for a local Pilates studio and successfully, we have created a Pilates Haven in the Heart of Baldivis with a strong focus on EMPOWERMENT, MOVEMENT and COMMUNITY growing rapidly and beautifully. We would love for you to be apart of that community and hope to see you real soon.
